Telehealth

Technology makes it possible for clinicians to stay up to date on your health condition using remote monitoring devices. We can identify potential problems before they turn into a medical crisis requiring hospitalization. Remote patient monitoring can alert us to changes in blood pressure or weight that could signal a need for us to adjust your medication.

Wound Care

Complex wounds can impact your quality of life. Our care teams are trained in advanced wound care techniques to address any problems affecting the body’s natural ability to restore itself. Our wound care program uses innovative techniques and products based on scientific research to reduce the risk of infection. Our goal is to help you heal faster and reduce pain and swelling.
