Designed to address the unique bereavement needs of children ages 5 to 13, Kids’ Club offers a supportive workshop environment where children who have experienced loss can safely
express inner thoughts and explore greater understanding of their feelings at an age-appropriate level.
Participating children are guided by experienced hospice bereavement counselors who specialize in working with grieving children. Activities may include art therapy, simple crafts, creating memory books, story sharing and thoughtful discussions. Kids sharing with kids is highly encouraged and supported.
This one-day workshop is free and open to the public. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
