Volunteers are the heart of our organization. They represent the support of the community while helping us fulfill our mission to enhance the community’s capacity to achieve optimal health, wellness, and quality of life. You can be a part of making every moment matter, of giving dignity, comfort, and respect for patients facing life-limiting illnesses, and providing support to families and loved-ones.
Registration is required for this 20-hour training program offered:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 5 – 26
from 9:00 AM to Noon

Our hospice training equips participants with the knowledge and insight to volunteer in end-of-life care and caregiver support. After the training, staff meet with each new volunteer to help determine which role best meets their needs, interests, and availability.
