Job Responsibilities

Responsible for reception, clerical and record keeping duties for the program. Participates as a multidisciplinary team member to provide coordinated services to all program clients. Coordinates the transportation service and provides support in the area of food service. demonstrates knowledge and implementation of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Answer a busy telephone and manage the reception area
  • Maintain detailed computerized record keeping system
  • Prepare monthly statistical reports for the Department of Education, Food Program and Transportation Billing
  • Responsible for all administrative tasks which include filing, copying, faxing and correspondences
  • Coordinate program supply ordering
  • Coordination of the transportation services for the program including:
    – route planning
    – arrangements with other providers
    – posting of transportation routes
    – record keeping
    – monitoring van maintenance
  • Participate in regular program and company training, staff meetings
  • Responsible for some direct client contact as necessary

Job Qualifications

– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team member
– 2-3 years Secretarial/Office experience is required
– Must be organized and detail oriented and willing to learn new skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and internet
– CPR Certification and First Aid training required
