Job Responsibilities

Responsible for reception, clerical and record keeping duties for the program. Participates as a multidisciplinary team member to provide coordinated services to all program clients. Coordinates the transportation service and provides support in the area of food service. Demonstrates knowledge and implementation of regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Telephone answering and reception
  • Maintain record keeping system
  • Prepare monthly statistical reports for Program Director and billing office for the following:
  • Department of Education – Food Program
  • Attendance and Transportation Billing
  • Correspondence, filing, copying, and other light typing duties
  • Coordinate program supply ordering
  • Coordination of the transportation services for the Harmony Adult Day Health Center program including:
    – route planning
    – arrangements with other providers
    – posting of transportation routes
    – record keeping
    – monitoring van maintenance
  • Participate in regular program and company trainings, staff meetings
  • Responsible for some direct client contact as necessary

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team member
• Secretarial/office experience is required
• Must be organized and detail oriented and willing to learn new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Work, Internet
• CPR Certification and First Aid Training required
