The Care Team

Because we are dedicated to providing you with the best caregivers, we use only our own employees. Our team is carefully selected and trained. All our care providers undergo a thorough screening process which includes professional license confirmations, CORI checks, employment and personal references, in-person interviews, and a complete evaluation of skills. Through regular trainings, we maintain a high level of skill and proficiency so that we always render top notch home care.

Certified Home Care Aides
Certified Nursing Assistants and Certified Home Health Aides follow the written Plan of Care in order to provide the care you need, including:

• Personal care such as assistance with bathing, shaving, grooming
• Assistance with toileting
• Assistance with dressing
• Assistance with walking or exercise programs
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders

Companions
Our caring staff provides companion care for individuals who need to have someone present at home to give family caregivers respite, or for those who would just enjoy the time and undivided attention of a “friendly visitor” to play cards, go through photo albums, chat or accompany them to outside activities.

Housekeepers
Our experienced housekeepers perform general light-housekeeping tasks including vacuuming, dusting, de-cluttering and straightening up, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, changing and making beds, laundry and ironing, meal preparation, houseplant care, removing trash, assistance with household pets, food shopping, general errands and transportation.

Registered Nurses 
All our Professional Home Care Services are provided according to the Plan of Care that is developed and updated by our professional staff of registered nurses and rehabilitation therapists who perform an in-person assessment for each client. Their Plan of Care is reviewed and discussed with each client and/or his family.

Rehabilitative Therapists
Based on the evaluation and treatment plan developed by the appropriate Rehabilitation Therapist (which includes registered Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists or Speech Therapists) a Plan of Care including treatments and exercises is determined and performed for each client.
