Community VNA is pleased to announce the expansion of Adult Day Health Services to its newest center located at 300 Branch Street in Mansfield. The Mansfield Adult Day Health Center is now open and welcomes participants. The 8,000 square foot, brightly lit center is equipped to serve 70 frail elders, seniors with medical needs and disabled adults who require support throughout the day. Community VNA has offered adult day health services at Norfolk Adult Day Health Center in Norwood since 1998. The expansion to Mansfield is a credit to the high quality care provided by the professional staff of nurses, social workers, program aides, activity and transportation professionals who make up the program team.
Mansfield Adult Day Health Center is open five days a week (except for major holidays), 52 weeks a year. Our hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. A person can attend the Center from one to five days a week. The staff works with individuals to arrange a schedule that is best for the participant and their family/caregiver and arranges transportation as needed. Door to door wheelchair accessible van transportation is available.
