Community VNA Hospice Care is a certified program established in 1983 to provide specialized care for those facing any type of life limiting illness. We have decades of experience and are committed to bringing the finest in skilled, compassionate end of life care to patients living in the Greater Attleboro area, which includes the communities of Attleboro, Easton. Foxboro, Franklin, Mansfield, North Attleboro, Norton, Plainville, Rehoboth, Seekonk, Wrentham and others upon request. As a not-for-profit agency, our charitable mission ensures that we will turn no one away for lack of insurance, insufficient insurance or an inability to pay.
Community VNA's Hospice Care nursing staff are available at all times, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our mission is to provide skilled medical care and support, not only for any physical symptoms, but also for the emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families as well.
