Retirement Plan
Is available to all regularly scheduled staff who wish to save and invest tax deferred earnings for their retirement. Eligible employees will receive a 5% employer contribution or may opt to take this benefit as taxable cash.
Education Reimbursement
Education reimbursement assists with education expenses including tuition, certification and continuing education (CEU) fees.
Mileage Reimbursement
Employees are reimbursed for the miles traveled on behalf of Community VNA.
Life Insurance
Life insurance is provided at no expense to full-time employees.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
A valuable benefit, FSA allows you to use pretax dollars (up to $1,500 per year) to pay for health and dental expenses for you and your dependants.
